    MAPICS Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 542156-K) is incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 on 16 March 2001. We signed an Agreement with International Trade Centre UNCTAD/WTO (ITC) for the right to use ITC’s MLS-IPSCM training packs in Sept 2002. We are a registered Training Provider with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) since 2003.

    Successful Activities in relation to the MLS-SCM℗ programme

    Year 2008 - Study Tour to Vietnam, with the support of College of Business Administration for Managers (CBAM)

    This fast track program cum study tour was specially designed for all organizational members involving in the management and development of the purchasing and supply chain management systems based on ITC's MLS-IPSCM modules. Following the general outlines set by The International Trade Centre (ITC) for their highest diploma certification, participants opted for certification examinations, this program will assist them to have a better understanding of the course materials and how theories are put into practice at the workplace. In addition, the program provides an overview of the key concepts of the different modules and their practical applications at the workplace, and the participants will benefit from the class interactions and sharing of organizational realities as well as learning exchanges through study tour with CBAM MLS-IPSCM students. 

    Year 2011 - ITC's Global Roundtable 2011

    MAPICS hosted the 3-day ITC's Global Rountable 2011 on 6-8 Apr 2011 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with the support of ITC and State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Government of Switzerland.

    The objectives of this Roundtable are to:

    • Exchange views on the key SCM challenges the world in 2011 related to SCM and sustainability and discuss related  best practises and solutions
    • Share experiences & best practices in developing, promoting and making MLS-SCMè-based training happen successfully  across the MLS-SCM network
    • Share ideas on how to develop a stronger global trainer network and more trainer support
    • Develop closer cooperation across network members and develop win-win regional and global networks
    • Showcase real  impact of MLS-SCM programme at enterprise level
